After the last meeting with a few PUC students and discussion with Prof.Chiv Rattha, Dean of Faculty of Tourism and hospitality, entrepreneurship, on July 30, 2015, Dr. Phillip M. Frank, a delegate form Catawba College, USA visited Paññāsāstra University of Cambodia (PUC) to explore possible collaborations between the two institutions.
